Four Roses Tasting Dinner with Master Distiller

You are cordially invited to join us Monday, April 25th, for an evening of spectacular food and spectacular(ly rare) bourbons from the Four Roses distillery. To guide us through these whiskies, in-house whisky specialist George Talley and Four Roses Master Distiller Brent Elliott will be on hand. A paired dinner from our chef Paulie Brooks will, as always, round out the evening’s festivities.

Guests will be presented with a cocktail to start the evening, followed by pours of Four Roses Small Batch, Small Batch Select, and Small Batch Limited Edition releases from 2019, 2020, and 2021. The Limited Edition releases are highly sought after and are produced in very limited quantities, so we are more than thrilled for the opportunity to share these with you.

Limited Edition Small Batch 2019:

“Non-chill filtered and bottled at a 112.6 proof, the 2019 Limited Edition Small Batch marks the first Four Roses limited-quantity bottling to feature a 21-year-old Bourbon which is from the distillery’s OBSV recipe. This release will also feature a 15-year-old OESK, 15-year-old OESV, and 11-year-old OESV.”

Limited Edition Small Batch 2020:

“Non-chill filtered and bottled at a 111.4 proof, the 2020 Limited Edition Small Batch features a 12-year-old Bourbon from the OBSV recipe, a 12-year-old OESV, a 19-year-old OBSK, and a 16-year-old OESK.”

Limited Edition Small Batch 2021:

“Non-chill filtered and bottled at a 114.2 proof, the 2021 Limited Edition Small Batch features a 16-year-old Bourbon from the OBSV recipe, a 14-year-old OBSQ, a 12-year-old OESK, and a 16-year-old OESV.”
