Join us on September 20th where we will be exploring the wonderful world of wine influenced Single Malt whiskies. Oak casks that have previously held wines have become very popular in the maturation of Scotland’s whisky industry lately, and there are lots of different techniques and methods for doing so.
We will be tasting 5 different drams, each with a different style of wine or maturation.

From finishing to fully maturing, and along with the different types of wines used, there seems to be an endless number of possibilities for wine influenced Scotch.
