Boyd's Jig & Reel proudly presents the Old City Whisky Festival 2017 at 101 S. Central Avenue Knoxville, TN 37902. On Saturday the 25th February 2017 12-4pm.
We are very excited to bring you Knoxvilles first Scotch focused Whisky festival. Whether you are a novice or an experienced whisky drinker this is an event not to be missed. We will take over all 3 rooms in the pub to give you a unique and intimate Scotch whisky experience. On arrival you will be greeted with a delicious whisky cocktail and have a chance to mingle with other whisky lovers. Our festival will be split into three sessions - Room 1 - will focus on world whiskies and an introduction to Scotch whisky. Room 2 - will delight with a bourbon and chocolate seminar, and Room 3 - will be Scotch single malt mini sessions guiding you through the vast spectrum of flavors and aromas. You will have the opportunity to sample up to 20 different whiskies including many older whiskies plus Bourbons & Irish whiskies. There will also be heavy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments available.
There are only eighty tickets available for this event so make sure you book soon. $25 from each ticket will be donated to the Dollywood Foundation My People fund, to assist the victims of the Great Smoky Mountain wildfires in Tennessee.
Tickets are $100pp and are available to over 21s only.
